Back in Blighty Esther worked for many years in arts development and delivery, with great companies like Chickenshed Theatre, Bigfoot Educational Theatre and The Arvon Foundation; for whom she co-directed the Devon centre. There's a large part of her heart still reserved for helping other artists pursue their passions and make a living from what they love. That's why we also have Quint Collective - a group of talented and hard working folks that we enjoy working with and think you will too. If you'd like to find out more about that, be it joining yourself or contacting an artist then drop us a line.
A trained actor, Esther also regularly writes and performs with English language groups in the city; such as surreal sketch comedy group, The Big Ideas Show and Orange Tea Theatre (where she is Literary Director too). With years of voice over experience, and keeping with her generalist approach to all things creative, she provides regular voice over work for the likes of SDI Media and Blonk Film.
WHAT'S SHE LIKE?
Open-hearted, broad minded and curious, she loves working with a wide variety of people, has a flexible approach to collaboration, great eye for detail and works
well to deadline.
LIKES: Graffiti art, drawing cartoons, baking, cosmology, new music, crazy ass futurism.

THERE'S MORE, THERE'S MORE...
TEACHING & WORKSHOPS
Huib's fascination with the digitised future has led him to a role as Lecturer, Coach and Lead Developer at IBIS (the International Business arm of Hogeschool InHolland) where the collaborative way of working suits him down to the ground
His enthusiasm for tech innovation and the social implications of it, is infectious. He uses this daily in his coaching and teaching at IBIS but also when working with businesses or engaged in public speaking.
BRANDING, STRATEGY & CAMPAIGNS
With over 15 years of digital marketing experience, working in international ad agencies Huib has been regularly responsible for large 'blue chip' accounts with multi million dollar budgets (think, Nokia, Intel, IBM, Kraft and Danone). These days he also puts that experience to use as a strategist for smaller creative entrepreneurs and start ups.
Enormously curious about pretty much everything, and someone who loves working with a wide variety of people. Huib is in his element taking large and complex problems or ideas, burrowing down to the heart of them then thinking up and tailoring the best possible solutions for any given situation. He's a coach who really listens, a teacher who excites and inspires, and he does it all without meaningless corporate blah-blah jargon.
LIKES: American politics, good food and fervent debate (you really will always find him in the kitchen at parties).
Since we started Quint in 2013, we've been lucky enough to work with some fascinating, unique and inspiring people. We believe in a Quint-pro-quo way of working where we'll do our damndest to help individual collective members out with contacts, development and collaboration, and vice versa. This year we hope to be doing more group projects but in the meantime we continue to spread the word and share the love about great folks doing beautiful work.
If you're a creative professional who'd like to join, we're keen to hear from you, don't worry it's free! If you're interested in potential collaboration with a Qc artist, we're happy to put you in touch, just drop us a line.
